    Description:

    Swing jaw is the most important wear part of jaw crusher. We have been making swing jaw for jaw crusher as per customer's prints for 3 years. Presently our customers of swing jaw for jaw crusher are mainly from USA, Canada and Australia. For these years, our swing jaw for jaw crusher have passed the strict inspection request of CMM. Chemical, mechanical test, MT, PT inspection will be carried out for each swing jaw for jaw crusher before delivery, and every dimension will be inspected by proficient inspector. Key dimensions are inspected by laser tracker. Detail reports of all above inspections will be offered to our customers. A whole set of tracing measures are taken to guarantee the whole life service. The quality of the swing jaw for jaw crusher is stable and we have maintained long and good relationship with our customers. 


    Weight range of present constant swing jaw for jaw crusher is from 3000kgs to 23000kgs. But our biggest steel part weight is 130000kgs and our pouring ability for single part is 160000kgs. So please feel free to send your inquiry for even bigger swing jaw.
